Custom or personalized orders can’t be exchanged or returned.
Condition of returns
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Shipping
Items will be shipped within three business days of purchase (Monday through Friday) through USPS. If a holiday falls on a Monday through Friday that is not considered a business day.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once available.
Seller is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items once items have been given to USPS and shipped. Please contact USPS if you need to file a claim.
Color Variations
Please keep in mind that computer monitors/phones vary which can cause colors to appear different than the online picture vs. the in-person product. I do my best to capture the actual color of the product but depending on your monitor, colors may appear lighter or darker than the actual product.
